The transaction closed at a purchase price of $1,100,000, representing a $100,000 reduction from the property’s prior sale price and approximately $550,000 below the Seller’s asking price.

On behalf of the Buyer, Blackline also negotiated a pre-closing lease extension with the in-place tenant, enhancing short-term income stability and operational certainty prior to closing.
