Thevin founded Blackline to bring institutional-level expertise to private investors and business owners. With over a decade at an international brokerage leading investment sales, he's executed $450+ million in transactions across office, industrial, and flex assets.

Thevin has led property sales for publicly-traded REITs including Realty Income (NYSE: O) and STORE Capital (NYSE: STOR), and advised national firms like AAA on strategic real estate matters. He's sourced off-market acquisitions for institutional buyers including Boyd Watterson Asset Management and CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW).

His clients currently include private investors, family offices, regional investment groups, and both public and private REITs. Recent transactions include multi-tenant investment sales, GSA-leased assets, vacant building dispositions, and an $82 million UPREIT portfolio structure.
